STEP ONE IS FREE

When you first call, we will chat briefly about your presenting concerns.

STEP TWO

Initial consultation : 350$

This is a 90-minute in-person consultation. The initial consultation is a clinical interview where you will explain your concerns and ask any questions you may have. Michele will assess your situation, gather relevant details and provide you with a therapeutic plan. This is critical in determining whether Michele’s therapeutic approach can be of benefit to you.

Subsequent sessions: 225$ (50-minute consult)

Fees are insurance deductible.

Appointments

While most sessions are conducted in person, you can now access online video therapy.

Payment

Cash, cheque or e-mail transfer are accepted. Payment is expected in full at time of service. Michele will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurer directly where applicable.

Other fees might apply for letters requests, or phone consultations in between sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, the hourly rate will be charged unless you give 48-hour notice. This applies to phone consultation as well.
